You have two traditional hourglass type egg timers. One takes seven minutes for the sand to run through, the other takes 11 minutes. You want to boil an ostrich egg for exactly 15 minutes. Using only the egg timers to keep time, how will you know when exactly 15 minutes has passed?

You have two water jugs and an unlimited water supply. One jug holds five gallons of water while the other jug hold three gallons of water. The jugs have no markings on them. Using only the jugs, fill the five gallon jug with exactly four gallons of water.
